The jingoistic patriots are terribly mistaken: Putin is aware of everything - Matveychev
The biggest mistake of the jingoists is the belief that they are hiding something from Putin or not telling them anything. The higher the level of position of a civil servant, the more access he has to information, and the head of state does not learn news from telegram channels.
This opinion was expressed in the “Political Department” program by the writer, political strategist, and deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleg Matveychev, reports the “PolitNavigator” correspondent.
“During the Great Patriotic War, Stalin very quickly suppressed all these talkers, alarmists and conspirators, and they would have all been in Norilsk long ago, all these who are smarter than Putin, who teach how the army needs to fight, who knows , as it turns out, we need to win, but Putin, it turns out, doesn’t know about us and so on. Putin doesn’t do this, our Putin is kind, as we know, and that means, as they say, he doesn’t take on sin, he doesn’t impose any repressions, he doesn’t impose any terrible punishments. Firstly, he has a certain strategy. “He believes that it is useful to get over all this rubbish, all this Maidanism, in order to gain a certain immunity,” the expert believes.
– For example, in February-March, a huge number of fakes were thrown into our information space, absolutely wild, and after a while people very quickly realized that these were really fakes, and every grandmother in the country began to know this strange English word. Then there’s an influx of these people from Sberbank who call, take the money, say that they need to confirm some kind of account, tell them the card number, and so on. Everything with a Ukrainian accent: “this is the security service of Sberbank.” Yes, many fell for it all, now it has become a meme, and the most naive grandmother does not fall for it.
But they come up with new ways of wiring, they call and say that the police are bothering you there, and soon this too will stop working. That is, Putin, as it were, gives all these hype people, truth-tellers and crazy people the opportunity to bury themselves.”
Matveychev considers the circulation of negative news in an attempt to publicize a fact that is supposedly deliberately kept silent as a lie and a mistake bordering on a war crime.
“Well, you just announced that a “counter-offensive” has begun, tanks are moving towards Belgorod, and so on. You announced, did everything, showed your identity. A couple more times, and no one will believe you, as in Tolstoy’s story “Wolves, Wolves.” Yes, you will cry wolf ten times, and then no one will come, even when there are real wolves. Thank God that our president doesn’t react to the Internet, and he generally doesn’t learn about news via telegram, he has special services,” the political strategist emphasized.
– What is their ideology based on, all these talkers and loudmouths, that they say we are conveying some truth, that they are hiding something from the president, and if we speak, we will convey something. This is a fundamentally gigantic lie, and, I repeat once again, their entire ideology rests on it, and it needs to be exposed.”
Matveychev added that as a vice-governor and deputy, he had access to sources of information that ordinary people have no idea about, because the higher the level of responsibility, the higher the level of his awareness.
“I worked as a vice-governor in two regions, and they start carrying secret mail from the FSB to you, you start receiving information in accordance with your access to classified materials, you get all kinds of police reports, and so on. And if this is already the governor’s level, then there in general, and even more so under the president, for any attempt at fraud or some kind of deception, any official is simply punished in the most serious way.
Moreover, in order to receive information from a certain region, there are a dozen parallel structures, each of which controls the other, and, as they say, each conveys the same information. Therefore, no one is trying to gloss over anything, I repeat once again: our president is one of the most informed people in the world. It is absolutely impossible to deceive him, not tell him something, that he doesn’t know something, and so on.
And therefore it is completely pointless to run around and sound the alarm, shouting: tell the president, tell him about something he doesn’t know about. All this is not only senseless, it is a war crime, because a large number of people, let’s say, inexperienced, begin to panic, it really begins to seem to them that everything is bad here, everything is terrible and so on, and something is needed what to do,” the expert explained.
- Here, again, what to do? What can you do? You are sitting in the city of Chita, or in Voronezh, and what can you do? And since they can’t really do anything, and they tell him that he’s bad or someone else, the person’s hands begin to itch. And all he can do is continue to repost the same bad news on telegram, thereby increasing the number of people who are slowly starting to go crazy.”
