Kazakhstan celebrated US Independence Day on a grand scale
The parade dedicated to US Independence Day was held in Astana as part of the specialized international exhibition Expo 2017. The US State Department posted a video about this on its Facebook page.

As AstanaTV reports, “the highlight of the program was songs in the Kazakh language, as well as the national dance “Kamazhay” performed by American volunteers.”
“This year the United States and Kazakhstan are celebrating 25 years of cooperation. The volume of US investments in Kazakhstan over 25 years of diplomatic relations amounted to almost $260 billion. We are strategic partners and friendly nations, ready to support each other at any moment and in any situation,” said US Ambassador to Kazakhstan George Krol.
The TV channel claims that the parade in honor of US Independence Day caused delight among visitors to the exhibition.
