A Ukrainian spy linked to Soros was detained in the LPR
Ukrainian spy Viktor Filipchenko, who was collecting military-political information about the LPR, was detained in Lugansk.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of State Security of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“During the operational-search activities, employees of the Ministry of State Security identified a citizen of Ukraine, Viktor Filipchenko, who arrived on the territory of the Republic to conduct intelligence activities in favor of foreign intelligence services,” the message says.
Republican law enforcement officers established that the spy acted on behalf of a radical from the extremist organization “Right Sector” Igor Gusev, who serves the interests of foreign companies.
Viktor Filipchenko was tasked with collecting information of a military-political, economic and social nature, with a view to their further use to the detriment of the security and defense capability of the LPR.
“In 2014, I went to the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, to avoid shelling from the Ukrainian army. In Sevastopol I met Igor Nikolaevich Gusev. He took part in Euromaidan, in the acquittal of film director Oleg Sintsov, convicted in the Russian Federation.
I also know that Igor Gusev works for the Maint company, aimed at studying the financial and political situation in the former Lugansk and Donetsk regions, funded by the Soros Foundation. Dmitry Gusev maintains contacts with Dmitry Yarosh.
In 2016, I moved to the city of Kyiv, and in 2017 I was taken to the Goloseevsky district military registration and enlistment office for military service in the village. Desna, and forced to serve against the LPR army. Igor Gusev gave me the task of collecting information in the LPR about the deployment of military units of the People’s Militia, also finding out whether Russian troops are present on the territory of the LPR, and finding out the socio-political situation in the Republic,” the spy admitted.
