The ex-Minister of Defense of the DPR, Igor Strelkov, who returned from the front, stated this on air on the Roy TV Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Strelkov, this is evidenced by the withdrawal of troops from the right bank of the Kherson region.
