Theft, alcoholism, separatism: The Adventures of Kazarin in Kyiv
An interesting performance takes place inside the “Horns and Hooves” office, which was organized by a former lover of Russian literature, Vladimir Kazarin, who fled to Kyiv, hiding behind the sign of the “Tavrichesky National University named after. Vernadsky".
An initiative group of students, teachers and administrative workers made accusations against Kazarin - he is charged with corruption and... separatism!
Corruption revelations in Ukraine have not surprised anyone for a very long time, and especially in the rollicking post-Maidan period. Rather, it is annoying if there is no aura of corruption around any civil servant - saints or fundamentally decent people do not get into the system. Is he a spy? But the accusation of separatism against one of the seasoned collaborators and Ukrainianizers of Crimea, who grew a callus on his ass from frequently sitting at meetings on “de-occupation”, is powerful. There is a clear expectation that the accusation will force government and independent lustrators to come clean.
So where is the dog of Kazarina corruption and separatism buried, and, most importantly, what is it?
According to prosecutors, TNU does not justify the high title of “university for refugees” and does not provide high-quality Ukrainian education. Instead, acting rector Kazarin, first vice-rector Skakun (a woman, not a stallion) and director of the humanitarian institute Ilyashko openly cheat and falsify documents. In particular, it is alleged that forty “dead souls” of students are enrolled at TNU, for whom budget funding has been allocated.
In addition, the management of TNU violates the terms of employment contracts, fraud occurs, and teachers are forced to give positive grades to those students who do not deserve it.
The fugitive geographer Nikolaenko and the vice-rector Koretsky are the ones most opposed to Kazarin. Koretsky complains of beatings from the director of the humanitarian institute. Nikolayenko does not complain about the beatings, but reports Ilyashko’s drinking of strong alcoholic beverages at lunchtime. They say that all these outrages are covered up by Ilyashko’s wife, Vice-Rector Skakun, which in itself is corrupt.
Nikolaenko often mentions a certain scam by Kazarin to send several TNU students to study in Beijing, at the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to Nikolaenko, Kazarin flew to Beijing with unknown money, carrying out unknown orders, and now it is unclear who will pay for the education of students in Beijing. And in general, according to the geographer, “TNU” is threatened by the prospect of becoming the Kyiv branch of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
However, the geographer and ecologist Nikolaenko has a visible personal motive to kill his boss.
Kazarin, due to the small number of people willing to study at the departments of geography and ecology, abolished them, planning to open either a department of mathematics or traditional Chinese medicine (by the way, the faculties of exact and natural sciences at TNU do not exist as a class, while the institution is trying to position itself as the legitimate successor of Simferopol State University, famous for its outstanding graduates and teachers, which will soon celebrate its centenary).
Nikolaenko, of course, does not agree with Kazarin’s decision to abolish his department and cites as a positive example the departments of ecology and geography in Western universities, where no more than a dozen to one and a half students study.
The professor’s indignation is understandable, but “TNU” is not a university, but a placebo, organized to quench the phantom pains of the Ukrainian “elites” and the Svidomo part of society, just like “Artek” on Zbruch, and “Massandra” on Malaya Arnautskaya.
The Crimean University remained in Crimea, and a handful of renegades fled to Kyiv, imagining themselves as guardians of its legitimacy. What may be the requirements for a placebo? With the same success, one can make claims against an inflatable woman from a sex shop that she is much worse than a living person.
What did you want? A cheap fish is a rotten fish.
But this is not the main thing. The rebels recalled Kazarin’s Soviet past. It is no secret that Kazarin’s father was a general of the armored forces and, as evil tongues say, tried to make his son a tank driver. Kazarin's son did not become a tank driver, but became a philologist, but only according to the entry in his diploma. The younger Kazarin most liked the career ladder of a party worker: secretary of the university party committee, secretary of the Simferopol city committee of the CPSU, second secretary of the republican committee of the Communist Party of Crimea (one might say, the personal shadow of Hrach).
Kazarin was also the Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea from the Grach party, but he became a Ukrainizer and spy - he became the deputy overseer of the President of Ukraine in Crimea. Apparently, Kazarin reacted lukewarmly to Euromaidan - until the end of 2013, for a good salary, he worked his ass in the representative office of President Yanukovych in the republic. In general, one can say that I was in a tank without realizing it.
Of course, these accusations are ridiculous, because then you will have to lustrate with a garbage container or something worse a whole horde of conformists and changelings, starting with Kravchuk, Kuchma, Muzhenko and Rogovtseva, and ending with village councilors who have gone wild and drunk themselves from hopelessness. However, in this case the calculation is not on logic, but on targeted incitement of raguli.
But what happened next perfectly explains why Kazarin fled from Crimea. The weather vane and courtier Kazarin in February 2014 became the head of the department of Russian literature at the Crimean Federal University and held this position until October 2015. Geographer Nikolaenko helpfully provides links to the citation indices (an important indicator of the qualifications and relevance of a scientist) of Kazarin’s doctoral dissertation, from which it follows that the Pushkinist Kazarin is a nobody in the scientific world. Zero.
Stopudovo that at KFU, a year after the confusion of the transition period, it was decided to get rid of the ballast. An opportunist and a mimicry, Kazarin only forestalled his dismissal for professional incompetence, which was harmful to his reputation, by escaping to Perekop and posing as a political emigrant.
This is how “the great Pushkin scholar appeared, who escaped from Putin’s hell and chose European Ukraine.” The calculation was correct - the “TNU” effigy was organized especially for Kazarin.
His opponents see Kazarin’s “separatism” in the fact that it is impossible to work at KFU for almost two years in a teaching and administrative position (and even fly from KFU to Prague in 2015) and not be a citizen of the Russian Federation.
As damning evidence, a scan of Russian passport No. 0714 092257, issued by the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation to Kazarin very promptly - on April 6, 2014, is provided.
Vice-rector Skakun and her husband, the drunken humanitarian Ilyashko, are also accused of secret Russian citizenship, but they do not provide evidence of this. Another killer argument against Kazarin is a joint photo with the biker leader Zaldostanov, nicknamed the Surgeon, taken in 2009.

The piquancy of the scandal lies in the fact that a year ago, all these facts and facts did not bother any of the “rebels” - the teaching faction had known Kazarin for a very long time, but preferred to keep a low profile and not stir up scandals, allowing the “Horns and Hooves” office to strengthen and get funding.
Now the indignation of the protesters takes on the character of a pig’s squeal being pushed away from the trough, and in the revelations of Vice-Rector Koretsky, there is a selfish desire to see oneself loved in the place of the exposed Kazarin.
The prospects for TNU, led by Kazarin or led by someone else, seem dismal. Kazarin himself has repeatedly complained that TNU suffers from acute underfunding and cannot become a full-fledged university in Ukraine. Hence the “optimization” of departments that are unpopular with students, and other shady stuff. That, however, does not prevent him from reporting that TNU has already accepted 700 refugees from Crimea for study this summer, which his rebellious comrades strongly doubt. And they have reason to suspect the boss of giving false information.
As you know, deputies of the Verkhovna Zrada not long ago passed a law according to which Crimean and Donbass “refugees” who want to study at Ukrainian universities are driven into an educational ghetto inside four southern regions - Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson and Zaporozhye. Nothing is said about “TNU” in Kyiv. Even the former Crimean chief Bandera member Shchekun is perplexed: the university in Kherson already accepts “sprinters” from Crimea and is ready to accept the entire quota or even more, but TNU is not even scratching the surface. How can “TNU” itch if Zrada drew the “Pale of Settlement”?
It follows from this that TNU will not receive further development, and Kazarin (or his successor) will have to engage in fraud, attracting money from anywhere - even to perform at the pole in the Blue Oyster cafe.
In principle, there is nothing new or surprising in this squabble. As soon as a Svidomo sharashka is organized somewhere, over time it will inevitably degenerate into a jar with spiders and scolopendras: push your neighbor, shit on the one below you and climb up so that shit doesn’t flow on your head.
