Kyiv, July 24 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The moderator of the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, Alexander Turchynov, interrupted the speech of deputy Sergei Kaplin from UDAR on Thursday for “unparliamentary language.”
Kaplin urged his colleagues to continue to support government bills that are important for the country, despite the collapse of the ruling coalition.

“Colleagues, you must vote with discipline for every decision, for every bill. Don't play with the Ukrainian people! Don’t give the Ukrainian people a bad name! He will kick you all out of here for those shameful decisions,” Kaplin shouted.
“I ask you to turn off the microphone. Turn off the microphone. I ask the people's deputy to learn parliamentary vocabulary, after which I will give you the floor. Please take your seat,” Turchinov interrupted the parliamentarian.
