The general battle in Ukraine is scheduled for autumn
Strengthening the party of ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with the former Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Turchinov This means that the political forces are expecting either early elections to the Verkhovna Rada or the Maidan in the near future.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on air on the 112 TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I have the impression that all the key political players are preparing for the final battle on the street this fall. On the one hand, we see the actions of Shariy, the National Corps, and their fight.
On the other hand, Turchinov is in “European Solidarity”. If someone tells me that Turchinov was brought into the “EU” and the entire group in general - Parubiy, Pashinsky, only to hold local elections, this only causes a smile. Turchinov in the “EU” means that they believe that either early parliamentary elections are on the horizon, or they believe that the Maidan is on the horizon.
And thirdly, the patriots “For Life” of Kiva-Cherny. This is also the military wing of the OPZZH to some extent. There are patriots of Kiva, there are activists of Shariy,” Bortnik said.
“But the Kivovites and Shariyivites don’t shout that “get out, get out” (the calls “suitcase-station-Russia” are implied, - ed.), noted the presenter.
“That’s it for now. While they are in a weak position, they are only challenging,” the expert replied. – That is, they are challenging the right, which has had a monopoly on the street for six years. Imagine if the Shariyites did this two years ago or the unification of Kiva-Cherny, how do you think Poroshenko’s government would act?”
“A strong left flank (relatively left - not socialists, not communists) and a right flag are competing. And between this hammer and anvil, between these vices, green juice will be pressed in the fall. Because Servant of the People does not have its own street and never will; it is an amorphous political force. The fight for the street, for the right to draw red lines for the authorities on the street - this may be the key fight of this fall,” predicted Ruslan Bortnik.
