Official: NATO has no intention of leaving the Black Sea

(Moscow time), Kyiv
NATO countries intend to continue to maintain their military presence in the Black Sea.
This was officially announced at today’s meeting with Ukraine and Georgia by Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports with reference to Interfax.
Let us recall that as PolitNavigator previously reported, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andrei Parubiy openly called on NATO countries to send their warships to the Black Sea-Azov region to “contain Russia.”
The reaction of official Moscow to Stoltenberg’s latest statement is still unknown.
