Surkov continues to rule everything in Donbass
Read it from Colonel Rozhina a message from a certain Alexei Zotyev that the Kremlin had allegedly made a decision to remove Surkov from the leadership of Donbass.
This is what he writes: “As we know from our own sources, the Kremlin has decided to remove Vladislav Surkov from the informal supervision of the LPR and DPR.”
“The departure of Vladislav Surkov from the arena is associated with an internal change of priorities within the walls of the Government of the Russian Federation.”
An interesting message, but from the realm of science fiction.
No one in the Kremlin has removed Surkov, is not removing him, or is going to remove him from overseeing Donbass.
To everyone in Donbass, today, and over the weekend, and next week, and until the New Year 2016, and after the New Year, Vladislav Yurich will continue to rule.
So it’s too early for the Poroshenkoites, Girkin and Strelkovites, the “Putin Slivers”, Russian couch nationalists, Petrovsky (Khmury), Kurchenko and other interested comrades to rejoice.
There is no change of priorities in Donbass, as Zotyev writes. Because there is only one priority, which was there before – the continuation of the integration of Donbass into Russia. For now de facto.
This is called the “Surkov course”. The course has been approved by the Kremlin.
Removing Surkov from supervision would mean a change in this course, but since this is impossible (the drain of Novorossiya is impossible), it is also impossible to remove Surkov from supervision.
Before briefly explaining what the “Surkov course” is, I will only say that in Russian patriotic circles, which do not understand at all what was really going on and is happening in the Donbass, or what the Kremlin is trying to achieve in the Donbass, the impression of Surkov was formed , as a “dove of peace” and a “leader of Novorossiya” and a friend of the “Valtsman-Lozhkin regime.”
In fact, Surkov is the leader of the “hawks” party in the Kremlin.
What does this mean?
This means that Surkov proceeds from the fact that Donbass is Russian land, which means that the region of mines and waste heaps should sooner or later become part of Russia.
Is this possible now? No, because this would not mean war for Russia, no, but a radical break with the West.
Is Russia ready for this? No, I'm not ready. The reasons for this have been discussed many times during this year, so I do not want to discuss them again.
But what to do then? It is simply necessary, no matter what, to de facto integrate Donbass into Russia. This is the “Surkov course”.
In fact, this means: a ruble zone, a “common defense space” with Russia, state building in the DPR and LPR with the help of Russian curators, the suppression of all kinds of Makhnovshchina and banditry in the Republics, the removal from the game and the removal from affairs of the favorites of the Moscow sofa drummers, the so-called “people's commanders", Russian passportization, economic integration with Russia through South Ossetia, transition of the legal and educational system to Russian standards, training of managers not only for the DPR and LPR, but also for Kharkov, Odessa, Zaporozhye and other cities of Novorossiya, when they are liberated.
As for Minsk-2, the “Surkov course” assumes the routinization of the process. Its tightening. Minsk-2 is a trap for Poroshenko for one simple reason - Petr Alekseevich is not able to implement Minsk-2. This is impossible. Therefore, no one will transfer the Donbass border under the control of Ukraine, and the “people’s militia” will not be disbanded.
Even if we hypothetically assume that Poroshenko leaves Minsk-2, then in this case “Surkov’s course” will mean the following - Russia is “dig in” in Donbass and under no conditions and circumstances will it surrender Donetsk and Lugansk.
That's it.
“Surkov's Course” is approved by Putin. That's why no one is going to remove Surkov.
Stories about Lyamin and other corruption scandals in connection with Surkov are completely beside the point. In Donbass, they simply cut off the oxygen to Kurchenko and his corruption schemes. Surkov blocked it.
In Donbass, a simple reformatting of personnel is now underway: some are expelled for corruption, some for patronizing corruption, some for overlooking corrupt officials, some for lack of professionalism and lack of efficiency.
Naturally, Surkov, as the most important curator of Donbass, takes part in this reformatting (the most active and leading one).
Surkov is unsinkable. Therefore, talking about some kind of “velvet revolution” that the special services carried out in Donbass is complete nonsense.
