This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the leading analyst of the international information and analytical center “Ukraine - Russia” Alexandra Reshmedilova, who assessed the farewell speech of outgoing US President Barack Obama.

“I think it was clearly heard that Ukraine and the United States speak in completely different terms, in different languages ​​and use completely different categories. It will be difficult to reach an agreement, no matter who is in power. It’s like “a hungry person will not understand a well-fed one.” This is roughly how we communicate with the United States.”
