“I would like to ask that we work together to attract credit resources to the regions. We believe that due to this we will be able to restore regional roads in 2-3 years; the corresponding changes need to be made to the Budget Code. I wish we could do it this year,” Omelian said.

Previously, Vladimir Groysman promised to allocate 56 billion hryvnia for roads next year. With this money they want to repair and build at least 4 thousand km of roads and 50 bridges. There is no such money in local budgets. An alternative is lending.
