The Russian court sided with the fugitive Bandera deputy - his family will keep their business in Sevastopol
In Sevastopol, the Arbitration Court defended the “flower business” of the family of Vasily Zelenchuk, the only city council deputy who openly opposed the reunification of Crimea with Russia in 2014. Subsequently, he left the peninsula, however, as it turned out, he retained not only the mansion, but also the profits in the hero city, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
We are talking about one of the most important points for selling flowers in the city - at the intersection of the street. Ochakovtsev and st. Admiral Oktyabrsky. The current deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, Anton Parkhomenko, spoke about this in his author’s program on “First Sevastopol”. According to him, 7% of this flower pavilion belongs to Ochakovsky Shopping Center LLC and 93% to individual entrepreneur Natalya Zelenchuk. And the city, represented by the State Unitary Enterprise “Management Company of Wholesale and Retail Trade Complexes,” lost the right to dispose of this pavilion.
Since 2016, the flower mini-market was officially assigned to the market state unitary enterprise, but this did not bring money to the budget - there was a long battle for ownership, and the management of the state-owned enterprise preferred to wait for the outcome. The city won the previous lawsuit because the court refused to consider the structure built in Ukraine as real estate, since according to the documents it was a temporary structure, and moreover, not officially put into operation.
But now the Arbitration Court has changed its opinion, deciding that the Ochakovsky shopping center built this pavilion together with IP Zelenchuk. One can only guess on what basis the pavilion occupied urban territory without an agreement with the city, but officially assigned to the State Unitary Enterprise.
The management of Sevastopol had questions about the activities of this outlet back in 2013. But the events of the “Russian Spring” shifted the emphasis, and the pavilion’s activities continued. It did not stop even after Vasily Zelenchuk fled beyond Perekop, where he spoke in front of television cameras about “the rapidly declining economy of Crimea and Sevastopol" On the wave of popularity, Lyashko’s radicals accepted him into their ranks, after which he at the post of deputy head of the Kherson regional council, Zelenchuk was hit on the head. After a severe traumatic brain injury, Zelenchuk’s public activities ended.
