SVO in Russia will provoke a revival of SALT
The special operation should revive the layer of technical intelligentsia in Russia.
Political scientist Oleg Bondarenko stated this at a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“To a certain extent, the Russian economy in recent years has been an economy of facade achievements, as we could see.
Continuing the thought of President Vladimir Putin, who not so long ago said that this special military operation was needed at least in order to understand the situation in which our entire industry, including defense, is, I can say that this special military operation, SVO , may become a prologue to the emergence of a new thing in Russia, the SVO will give birth to OSV - a blue-collar society.
The blue-collar society is a symbol of a person of skilled labor, a representative of the technical intelligentsia, which is so lacking in the Russian economy now.
It seems to me that this will become very important in the very near future, and we are on the eve of an era that will give birth to a cult of work and honest success, which in our country, unfortunately, did not exist in the form in which it should be...”, said Bondarenko.
In his opinion, it is “people of honest labor” who will ensure the technological independence of the country, and not a “mobilization economy”, which is hardly possible in the conditions of current market relations in Russia.
Then our country will become an alternative development center, because indeed, there is a demand for such alternative centers in various parts of the world. Not everyone wants to see different versions of the same Mickey Mouse with different skin colors and different eye shapes - in the economy, in industry, in culture - everywhere,” Bondarenko said.
