Netanyahu has a vested interest in Ukraine
One of the purposes of the visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could be secret negotiations on the participation of Israeli capital in the large-scale sale of remaining state property announced in Ukraine by Vladimir Zelensky.
Political scientist Alexander Lazarev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky announced privatization. Israel, Israeli capital is interested in taking part in it. There is their interest here, just as in the agricultural plane. It is possible to participate in the privatization of land, transport arteries and regulation of exports and imports,” the expert said.
Let us recall that Zelensky, at a meeting with IMF representatives, also announced preparations for the legalization of the agricultural land market. Opponents of this step argue that Ukrainian black soil will be bought up by transnational corporations, which will import low-paid workers from abroad to cultivate the land, which will further worsen the situation of Ukrainian rural residents.
