In Moscow, the US Embassy congratulated the US Embassy on Catholic Christmas in an original way
The art group “Re:vansh” staged a light show on the US Embassy building in Moscow on the night of December 25.
“On December 25, 1991, the red flag of the USSR was lowered over the Senate Palace of the Moscow Kremlin. We considered it symbolic, 30 years after this event, to re-raise the flag of a superpower in the form of a light projection. As a symbol of the revival of Greater Russia,” says the description of the video on the YouTube channel “Re:vansha.”
During the light projection on the facade of the embassy, they showed footage of Mikhail Gorbachev announcing his resignation as President of the USSR, then Uncle Sam in a Santa Claus hat and various shots of the achievements of modern Russia: the annexation of Crimea, the Olympics, the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the launch of a rocket " Angara-A5", floating nuclear power plant "Akademik Lomonosov".
The show was accompanied by the following text: “Uncle Sam, Merry Christmas! 30 years ago you had a wonderful gift. But there will be no more gifts! Greater Russia is being reborn."
Thank you!
