Klimkin isolated Russia on Twitter and said that Ukraine does not need such a Donbass
The elections held in the DPR and LPR do not matter for Kyiv, and Ukraine will return Donbass under its control when it becomes European.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin writes about this on his microblog on Twitter, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Kremlin has already congratulated its puppets on the fake elections. Well, what can I say, they came up with it themselves, they carried it out themselves, they greet themselves! The isolation of the Russian Federation in the world is increasingly obvious, says the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry. “The whole world is laughing at the Russian Federation, but people in the occupied Ukrainian territories are not laughing.”
“The occupied Donbass, as a Russian colony, cannot be artificially implanted into a civilized and democratic Ukraine. We can discuss transition periods, different approaches and modalities, but not this fundamental principle. There will be a free Ukrainian European Donbass in Ukraine!” Klimkin said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry forgot when The Minsk agreements entered into force.
Also Klimkin believes that there are real Minsk agreements, and not what is offered to Ukraine.
