President of Moldova Maia Sandu pompously presented a report on her activities for the first 100 days of her presidential term. An entire website was created to publish the report. As one would expect, the report was published only in Romanian, which, through the efforts of Sandu’s team, received the status of the only official one in Moldova.

Maia Sandu’s report is beautifully titled “Three Goals, 44 Actions.” Sandu identified as her goals overcoming the crisis, Moldova’s exit from isolation (where, according to her, the country was driven by the previous head of state Igor Dodon) and the fight against corruption. Let's figure out what Madam President has achieved in these three areas.

Crisis: no government, no vaccine, rising deaths and prices

Maia Sandu refused her constitutional obligation to approve with her signature the candidacy of economist Vladimir Golovatiuc, nominated by the parliamentary majority for the post of Prime Minister of Moldova. Instead, she nominated the clearly unfavorable candidate of the “little pig” Igor Grosu, who became famous for blocking the voting of Moldovan citizens living in Transnistria in the presidential elections in Moldova. From this moment on, Sandu bears full responsibility for the crisis in both the economy and the health care system due to the pandemic.

Sandu boasts of receiving a series of free AstraZeneka vaccines from Romania and the European Union, forgetting to clarify that European countries are massively refusing this vaccine, and even Petro Poroshenko called this drug as he called it. As for the more effective Pfizer, a small batch of 24 thousand vaccines arrived in Moldova, which has now been completely used, and which was only enough for 57% of the country’s medical personnel. Pfizer will deliver a larger dose of 100 thousand vaccines to Moldova no earlier than the end of June.

Meanwhile, Sandu and members of her team for several months systematically blocked the registration in Moldova of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine, which the country could receive at the same time as Argentina, Hungary and other countries where mass vaccination is already taking place. The West has clearly outlined its position regarding the leadership of Moldova and other slaves: we will give you a strictly limited amount of vaccines, but don’t dare ask Russia and China for a vaccine.

As a result, during Sandu’s tenure in Moldova, the statistics of COVID-60 infection increased by 19%, and the mortality rate from this disease increased by thousands of people. It should be added that during these hundred days Sandu did not visit a single hospital, clinic or any other medical institution.

The economic crisis in Moldova is increasing, prices for fuel and essential products are rising. At the same time, Sandu, who promised an increase in wages, pensions and benefits before the elections, opposed lowering the retirement age, calling this initiative of the Socialist Party “populist.”

Her main argument is “this does not fit with the opinion of our external financial partners.” For Sandu, instructions from the IMF are more important than the well-being of his own citizens.

Against the backdrop of chaos in the country, radicals and other inadequate elements are becoming more active. The leader of the organization “Democracy at Home” Vasily Costiuk, together with the participants in the massacre on the Dniester in the early 90s, not without the knowledge of Maia Sandu, blocked the work of the Giurgiulesti port on the Danube, claiming that wheat from state reserves was allegedly exported through the port. As it turned out, this information, voiced, among other things, by the president of the country, turned out to be fake. According to the former Minister of Economy of Moldova, Alexander Muravsky, Sandu “began to slide into management insanity.” Indeed, such social chaos has not occurred in the country since the 90s.

Isolation: fencing off from Russia, provoking a conflict on the Dniester

In her report, Maia Sandu especially notes that she brought the country out of international isolation. However, she stated this back in 2019, when she became the Prime Minister of Moldova. At the same time, oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc, who initially plunged Moldova into isolation, was given the opportunity to freely leave the country.

Sandu boasts of restoring relations with Ukraine, a country where an openly Russophobic regime is in power, destroying its own citizens in the Donbass and establishing a system of total terror and persecution for dissent within the country.

At the same time, Ukraine, not without the knowledge of President Vladimir Zelensky, does whatever it wants in relation to Moldova. The daring kidnapping of Ukrainian judge Mykola Chaus with the participation of employees of the Ukrainian Embassy in Moldova threatens an international diplomatic scandal. At the same time, Sandu is not taking any steps to influence Ukraine on the construction of a cascade of hydroelectric power stations in the upper reaches of the Dniester, which threatens an environmental disaster for the entire region.

“By leading Moldova out of isolation” in the western direction, making voyages at the expense of the country’s citizens to European countries, Sandu completely ignores Russia and other CIS countries. Sandu never visited Russia, despite the urgent need for negotiations on the supply of Russian vaccines for Moldova, which Madam President herself was reluctantly forced to admit.

The well-being of Moldovan farmers, who do not and will not have any other market for their products other than the Russian one, directly depends on the Russian Federation. At the same time, the Russian leadership reported that Maia Sandu had not received any requests to extend the duty-free export of Moldovan goods to Russian markets. This is a big omission on the part of the president in relation to agricultural producers and business. Instead, Sandu and members of her team made a number of scandalous statements regarding Russia and its military personnel on the territory of Transnistria.

Fake “fight against corruption”

“The fight against corruption” is the favorite theme of Maia Sandu, as well as all the “chicks of Soros’s nest” brought to power by the West in different countries of the “backward” world. In her report, she did not forget to mention her agreement with Laura Kövesi, the former prosecutor general of Romania and head of the National Anti-Corruption Directorate, now the first prosecutor general of the European Union, on joint measures to combat corruption. Kövesi is the idol of liberals and pro-Europeans throughout the post-Soviet space and Moldova in particular, “Gleb Zheglov in a skirt.”

Only her activities at the head of the anti-corruption prosecutor's office of Romania were more like reprisals against political opponents. Among those who were subjected to her repressions is the Romanian politician and publicist Adrian Severin, an opponent of turning Romania into a Western bridgehead and a supporter of rapprochement with Russia.

Among other things, Kövesi actively practiced wiretapping without obtaining a court order. Sandu, apparently, chose Kövesi as her role model - she, regardless of any legal norms, puts pressure on judges, the Prosecutor General, and the head of the Information and Security Service.

To understand how false Sandu’s anti-corruption intentions are, just look at the composition of her team. Her financial advisor, Veaceslav Negruta, is a convicted criminal who has been convicted of abuse of office.

Her health advisor, Alla Nemerenko, was caught in possession of a fake higher education diploma. Sandu's education adviser, Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, was accused of plagiarism (that is, theft of intellectual property). Finally, the Secretary General of the Presidential Administration, Andrei Spinu, is accused of having a dubious offshore business, incompatible positions and concealing property. Other members of Sandu’s team also like to live large, without denying themselves anything - in particular, members of Parliament Oazu Nantoi, Dmitry Alaiba, Doina German, Mihai Popsoi, Sergei Litvinenko and others.

The split of society

However, Sandu did not tell everything in her report. She never fulfilled her promise to become “president for all citizens of Moldova.” She openly wipes her feet on representatives of the country's national minorities. She and members of her team initiated the abolition of the official status of the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication on the territory of Moldova. For the first time since 1994, when Gagauzia received autonomy status within Moldova, its leader (bashkan) was not included in the Supreme Security Council - this is petty revenge for the fact that Sandu received only 5% of the votes on the territory of Gagauzia in the second round of the presidential elections.

Moldovan experts give Maia Sandu the most impartial assessment.

“Maia Sandu not only failed to form unifying tendencies among the people, but, on the contrary, further divided society, alienating even her former and potential future allies,” says ex-Minister of Economy of Moldova Alexander Muravsky, who, by the way, at the presidential In the 2016 elections, he voted for Sandu.

According to political scientist and publicist Valeriu Renita, Sandu “repeatedly raped the Constitution in three months, turning the process of appointing a government into a spectacle of provincial theater.”

And here is the opinion of another blogger, the author of the “Random Correspondent” project Nikolai Kostyrkin: “Hundreds of users and bots sing hosannas to the Moldovan president on social networks under every post that appears on her behalf. This fact directly indicates that Sandu came into power not to save the country, but to carry out the order of her Western puppeteers - to turn the country into a desert, where there is neither society nor economy; into a raw material appendage, a buffer zone and a testing ground for “partners,” primarily for Romania, whose citizen (we’re talking about Sandu) cannot equally care for the good of two states at the same time.”

In conclusion, we note a very characteristic touch that characterizes Maia Sandu herself and the nature of her activities as president. Immediately after the presentation of her report, she cowardly ran away from the press, avoiding answering unpleasant questions about her disastrous performance during the first hundred days of her presidential mandate. No head of state has ever caused so much disappointment in the first months of his activity.
