During a discussion of the situation in the LPR, Vyacheslav Kovtun, director of the Center for Research of Social Processes (Ukraine), said that Ukraine until recently supplied Donbass with food.
“I would like to draw the attention of listeners to the fact that these “devils” (Ukraine), it turns out, have been supplying water and electricity, milk, and meat all these three years. And everything was fine. At the same time, they (LPR and DPR) declared their “independence,” and now they are looking for another sugar daddy. That is, Ukraine is not suitable for them,” he said.
“Are you talking about the fact that meat and food were transported to Donbass? Yes, you are lying. And in December rolling blackouts began. Due to the fact that there was no electricity, there was no water either in Lugansk or in the Donbass. And only due to the fact that communication networks are much better than in Crimea, Russia is helping today. You were paid, you were supplied with coal. But today you are lying. You're just lying. You didn't like the word "damn". What is happening today is the destruction of the Minsk agreements,” Olga Kovtidi objected to him.
