Baloga told how Poroshenko tried to divert attention from the Crimean Bridge
The searches in the Ukrainian office of RIA Novosti and the detention of editor-in-chief Kirill Vyshinsky were arranged in order to divert attention from the opening of the Crimean Bridge, which took place on the same day.
The former head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Viktor Baloga, said this on air on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the Ukrainian authorities have nothing to present to the public, so their attention is distracted by high-profile arrests.
“What is happening today with the next pool of publications, RIA Novosti-Ukraine, is not something extraordinary. Just yesterday I was surprised why this happened during the opening of the Kerch Bridge. I kind of relate to that. Interrupt the topic, because we are not building anything, we are not working. Interrupt the signal, I definitely connect this. Because our leadership today lives in symbols, hothouse symbols, a box,” Baloga said.
Let us remind you that the SBU accuses Kirill Vyshinsky of treason and “sews” part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on him.
