Kharkov: on the sidelines of the visit, political “handjob” with a Nazi scent
Mayor of Lvov Andrey Sadovoy visited Kharkov. And he arrived in our region as the leader of the Self-Help party, whose name evokes strong associations with the sin of masturbation, and whose activities evoke the Nazi occupiers.
If he visited us as mayor, he would have attended a session of the City Council and greeted local colleagues. It just passed; by the way, there is a faction of his party that is unsuccessfully trying to push through xenophobia and the interests of the grant-eaters. But he decided not to look into the session hall, because he had nothing to say there - our garbage is not distributed throughout Ukraine, but is disposed of in the designated place. I would listen to what adult uncles and aunts decide on this topic.
At a session of the Kharkov City Council, the head of the “Our Land” faction, Andrey Kolos, took the initiative to create a working group to develop a program for the management of unsafe household waste. The corresponding proposal was submitted to the mayor of Kharkov at a session of the City Council. According to him, today in Kharkov there is no appropriate program for the disposal of waste such as batteries, accumulators, fluorescent lamps and others. And, based on the response from the Department of Housing and Communal Services, utility companies in Kharkov do not have a license for storing, transporting and processing hazardous household waste. And this program will be adopted soon! After all, against the backdrop of Lviv's export of slop, it looks like integral calculus next to an unlearned multiplication table.
Moreover, I would like to remind you that twice this Nazi, who, unlike his fellow Tyagnybokovites, learned to wear a suit and choose the right glasses frames, framed the city authorities of Kharkov. The first time was when our then mayor Mikhail Dobkin bought a pre-revolutionary postcard in Lvov with a view of Kharkov. Salovoy explained to him that this was the town hall. He repeated this stupidity in front of the press, not knowing that it was in the town hall, that is, the City House, as it was originally called in Russian, only very rebuilt in appearance, that there was then his office. And on the postcard there was a church that was demolished twelve years before the birth of Mikhail Markovich.
For the second time, he asked our city authorities to reopen the memorial plaque to collaborator Joseph the Blind, who was imprisoned in a local transit prison before being sent to the east. And again he played on ignorance of history here, this time of Galician history. Previously, this board was removed by local communists, and the regional council approved their work. Since then, our superiors began to stay away from Sadovoy and not listen to his provocative ideas. “When I listen to Mayor Sadovoy, I see him as a pure politician... I support the words that everyone should unite, but I don’t support the policy when Sadovoy opposes himself to the entire system of problems that exist in the state and sits on money like a dog in a manger,” our mayor Gennady Kernes said about him in 2016.
What was he doing here? He came to take part in Urban Talks, a meeting to discuss ways to develop a successful metropolis. Let me note that neither the mayor’s office nor the city council took part in it, therefore this manifestation of political tourism can be considered as undesirable as any “friendship train” from the same places.
Andrei Sadova and his wife Ekaterina walked through Shevchenko’s garden and visited the art museum. I wonder what it was like for him among the paintings of Russian Itinerant painters? How did he like the ceremonial portrait of Emperor Paul by the loyal Little Russian Borovikovsky?
According to the uninvited guest, Kharkov could become no less attractive for tourists than Lviv. “I have always really liked Kharkov - it is a city that inspires. This is a city of colossal human potential. And in general, for the information of Sadovoy and his fellow party members, in Kharkov, practicing self-help in public places is criminally punishable. Just these days, the verdict of the Leninsky District Court of Kharkov on this topic was published. It says that on the evening of August 16, a man, while intoxicated, came to Tivoli Garden, located on Blagoveshchenskaya Street, 34. “Sitting on a bench in a playground, in the presence of children and adults, the man exposed his genitals and began to masturbate. The hooligan was stopped by law enforcement officers who were called by a witness to the incident.”
The court found the man guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism) and sentenced him to a year of restriction of freedom with a probationary period of one year.
So an uninvited guest in Kharkov cannot be worse than a Lviv resident. Moreover, the mayor of Lviv.
