Half of the relatives of the odious Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Lyashko live in the LPR and fight on the side of the republic’s army. He himself stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Lyashko complained that he had helped these people for half his life, but they refused to choose Ukraine.
“For me, the events in Donbass are very close not only to my heart, but also a deep wound in my heart, because part of my family with whom I grew up - my brother Sergei, whom I helped a lot in my life, helped firefighters in Kharkov get settled, then he supported him all his life, today, unfortunately, he betrayed Ukraine, betrayed his oath and serves terrorists in Lugansk.
My sister Vika also serves for them.
My relatives live in the occupied territory, part of my relatives live in the occupied territory... All my relatives on my mother’s side are from the Luhansk region,” Lyashko said.
