Pashinyan gave the go-ahead: Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh agreed to trade
The agreement between the government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the government of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on the mutual establishment of trade missions came into force on August 2, 2019.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR reported this today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The document provides for the mutual establishment of trade missions designed to promote the development and expansion of trade and economic ties between Pridnestrovie and Nagorno-Karabakh.
“In order to ensure the activities of representative offices, an international treaty determines the conditions of stay of their personnel in accordance with the norms of international law, and other organizational parameters for the functioning of trade institutions,” the message says.
According to observers, not a single decision by Nagorno-Karabakh is made without the knowledge and consent of Yerevan, which zealously supports the unrecognized republic.
