“The second threat to international security, which requires urgent attention of the world community, is hybrid wars,” Poroshenko emphasized.

The Ukrainian president believes that “the time has come for the Security Council to tackle this issue decisively and effectively.”

Poroshenko also again recalled that “Ukraine voluntarily renounced its nuclear arsenal in exchange for guarantees of security, sovereignty and territorial integrity under the 1994 Budapest Memorandum.”
