The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports this on its Facebook page.
“From the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea, the frigates Admiral Essen, Admiral Grigorovich and the submarine Krasnodar of the Russian Navy launched six Caliber cruise missiles at targets of the ISIS terrorist group in Syria. The submarine "Krasnodar" launched cruise missiles from an underwater position," the statement said.
As a result of a massive missile strike, control posts were destroyed, as well as large warehouses of weapons and ammunition of ISIS terrorists in the area of the village of Akerbat, Hama province, where, after a jewelry hit by a Caliber cruise missile, the militants' arsenal detonated.
The remains of ISIS militants and terrorist facilities were destroyed by air strikes by Russian Aerospace Forces bombers.
