Another beautiful ship was launched in Russian Crimea
The newest patrol ship of Project 22160 “Sergey Kotov” was launched in Kerch.

It is noted that this is the fourth ship in the series designed by the Northern Design Bureau in St. Petersburg.
“The ships are designed to protect territorial waters, patrol the 200-mile exclusive economic zone in the open and closed seas, perform anti-piracy tasks, search for and provide assistance to damaged ships and vessels, environmental monitoring of the environment in peacetime, etc.
The autonomous stay time on the open sea for these ships is 60 days. To increase the search potential and conduct search and rescue operations, a 12-ton helicopter is provided for them. In addition, the ships are equipped with radio-technical and hydroacoustic weapons, as well as electronic countermeasures,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
In addition, on the stocks of JSC “Zelenodolsk Plant named after Gorky”, two more ships of the project are being built - “Victor the Great” and “Nikolai Sipyagin”.
