“As expected, the foreign exchange tranche from the IMF did not help to contain the dollar exchange rate. Foreign exchange trading began on September 21 with a new rise in the price of the dollar - by 10 kopecks. Obviously, neither the American billion nor the European 700 million will help (the EBRD loan for the purchase of gas will be in transit to Gazprom),” he states.

"Autumn. It’s time to buy currency... However, in Ukraine it’s always time to buy currency,” added the TV presenter.
