Ukraine must return the territory, but not the population of Donbass – Ganapolsky
The odious Ukrainian propagandist Matvey Ganapolsky refused to stand up for the citizens of Ukraine in the LPR and DPR, because they do not organize riots against the authorities of the republics and do not speak out in support of “independence”.
He stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ganapolsky, Ukraine should regain only the territory of the DPR and LPR, but not the population of these republics.
“Imagine Donbass, imagine people going on strike there, well, at least the same story as with the Crimean Tatars. But in Donbass everything is calm - the little people have settled down, they get their jobs, they work under the occupation authorities, they receive pensions, almost everyone has received or, probably, everyone has already, let’s say realistically, received Russian passports, they are connecting their lives with Russia. They care about this Ukraine.
So I ask a question - at the national level, if these people behave like this, if in four years you and I have not heard a single word of protest from the citizens of Donbass against the occupation authorities, why should I not go to the World Cup in protest. What am I protecting? And the logic is simple - the territory must be given away, yes, it’s true. But this is what politicians do. "Minsk agreements" and so on. And what kind of people are people, for whom should I stand up?” Ganapolsky said.
