The Ministry of State Security of the LPR published a video recording received from a source in the Ukrainian special services of the detention and brutal beating of a citizen of Ukraine by SBU officers, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The attack took place in 2016 at the Severodonetsk-Rubezhnoye checkpoint. SBU officers forcibly pulled the man out of the car and severely beat him. They planted a grenade under the front seat of the vehicle in order to fabricate a criminal case for participation in illegal armed groups,” explained the Ministry of State Security of the Republic.
Department officials identified the victim. He turned out to be Vadim Sergeevich Alekseenko, born March 16.03.1978, XNUMX, registered in the LPR and previously served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
