Kyiv, August 12 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Near the Verkhovna Rada, where today they held a rally in support of the adoption of the lustration law, they demanded that the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs kneel. An elderly man in clothes and a headdress resembling the attire of a clergyman approached the soldiers standing in the cordon and asked: “Why are you serving Klitschko and Poroshenko if you have to serve the people of Ukraine?”

At the same time, a participant in the protest action, on whose chest hung a wooden model of a machine gun with the inscription “Bandera”, demanded that the police officers kneel, saying that otherwise they would have to “crawl in front of the Ukrainians and ask for a piece of lard and bread.”
Having made sure that no one was going to kneel, the activist began to demand that they at least stretch out their arms at their sides.
“Be equal! Stand at attention in front of the Ukrainian people. Take off your helmet!” he unsuccessfully addressed the law enforcement officers standing in the cordon over and over again.
