“Our chips will be a little bigger, but we’ll squeeze it in”: Lukashenko called on Russia “not to hang its head low”
The President of Belarus said that his scientists are ready, together with Russia, to produce analogues of chips, the supply of which has become difficult due to Western sanctions.
“One designer - this is what I bought for, this is what I’m selling for - he says to me: Alexander Grigorievich, tell Vladimir Vladimirovich: why are you upset, do you want planes and rockets to fly on our chips?
I say: well, yes, of course, we need it, the Americans won’t supply it to us.
He says: okay, we have slightly larger chips, but we’ll push it (literally), we’ll push this device into the wing of the plane, but they still fly, and will fly.

Therefore, we shouldn’t die that we’ve fallen behind somewhere – we need to run, we need to catch up and we need to create,” Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting of the EAEU.
He turned to his Russian colleague:
“Vladimir Vladimirovich, Russia does not need to hang its head low in connection with the current situation.”
