Ukraine planned explosions in Crimea: Even the State Department is shocked

Derkach called Poroshenko a criminal who planned terrorist attacks in Crimea.
“It’s hard to imagine that the president of the state, who came to power on the Maidan tragedy, at the expense of the total trust of Ukrainians, could afford to order the special services to organize a terrorist attack against his fellow citizens in order to maintain his own rating.
It is hard to believe that Poroshenko used individual representatives of the Armed Forces to participate in sabotage and terrorist acts against Ukrainian citizens living in Crimea.
We would like to emphasize once again: Crimea is the territory of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine live there. What Pyotr Alekseevich was ready to do to his own citizens deserves special attention from Ukrainian law enforcement agencies,” Derkach said.
In the recording of the conversation, Biden criticizes Poroshenko for attempting to carry out terrorist attacks and emphasizes that then US President Barack Obama did not like this.
“My team has informed me with all the details regarding the events that took place over the weekend of the 7th to the 8th. Klimkin had previously shared the details of these events regarding the operations of Ukrainian special services employees with the ambassador. But, in the end, you are the president of Ukraine and the responsibility falls entirely on you. I thank you very much for this. We must be absolutely frank with each other. These actions have left the President and I very concerned. The President returns from vacation and convenes a meeting next week, he wants to discuss further steps regarding Ukraine. I must tell him that you have taken all appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring.

The American politician also emphasizes that the sabotage of the Ukrainian special services can be used against official Kyiv: “We know what happened. Four scuba divers are detained, all four are missing, and the next night there is a shootout, and you have nothing to do with it. But Putin decided to stir up a scandal. And I understand when you send your foreign minister to Berlin and Paris, but if they find out about it before you have informed them, then it’s a disaster.”
Poroshenko, in turn, began to make excuses that he did not know about the special operation and plans to fire the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region at that time, Valery Kondratyuk.: “This happened when I was on a visit to Southeast Asia. We have taken important measures that will make it impossible for a similar situation to arise in the future. The only reason that we do not dismiss the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region from his position is that I don't like the idea of doing this right now because anyone could interpret it as an admission of responsibility».
Biden again notes that Ukraine may lose the support of European leaders because of what happened: “Peter, right now I'm worried that you might lose in the short term. You and I, we both know that France and Germany and our European friends are looking for an excuse to again blame Ukraine for what is happening.”
Poroshenko again assures that Ukraine is “open” and “transparent” for the United States.
