Ukraine in Slavyansk organized an exhibition glorifying the SS troops
In the local history museum of Slavyansk, a city that became famous during the Russian Spring, but after the retreat of the militia occupied by the Ukrainian army, the exhibition “Defenders of Ukraine of the XX-XXI centuries” opened, where the uniform of Hitler’s SS division “Galicia” takes pride of place in the exhibition.

“The exhibition organizers believe that Ukraine was also defended by Nazi collaborators. The exhibition displays military uniforms and weapons of employees of the German Waffen SS division "Galicia". The division's volunteers took an oath of allegiance to Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany.

Ex-candidate for mayor of Odessa Vyacheslav Azarov also commented on the incident.
“A wonderful exhibition in Slavyansk, where the uniform of the SS Galicia division is displayed on the stand of the defenders of Ukraine. Without any cheap deceptions like come back, dear compatriots, we are all one people, let's live together, respecting each other's rights. It’s clear and understandable - Ukraine is again under Nazi occupation,” he was indignant on his page on the social network.
