The Armed Forces of Ukraine finally wiped out the village of Zhelobok in the LPR from the face of the earth.
Ukrainian security forces achieved the final destruction of the village of Zhelobok, located in the Slavyanoserbsky region of the LPR, whose population before the military conflict in Donbass was 153 people.

“With the beginning of the civil war, the village located along the Bakhmut highway was of great strategic importance for the Ukrainian military. As a result, the settlement was under constant fire. By 2017, literally only one name remained from the settlement. Then, in June, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to break through in this section of the line of combat contact, as a result of which they suffered significant losses.

It should be noted that the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, refuted the statements of a number of Ukrainian media about the alleged occupation of the village of Zhelobok by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“Despite the relative calm on the line of military contact, Ukrainian corrupt propagandists, on orders from their high-ranking handlers, are trying to destabilize the situation in the Republic. “I declare with full responsibility that units of the People’s Militia of the LPR remain in their previously occupied positions,” said the representative of the defense department.
