There are fewer fools serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine every day
The Ukrainian army continues to experience a severe shortage of personnel.
Official representative of the DPR Operational Command Daniil Bezsonov spoke about this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The JFO headquarters has set the task of removing all military personnel assigned to the brigade from forward positions and leaving only regular fighters at platoon strongholds. Military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were withdrawn to the rear, who had previously demonstrated insubordination, are subsequently planned to be sent for service to other formations and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the “Joint Forces Operation” zone. Thus, the brigade’s staffing level will again drop to a critical 57%, and in some areas on the front line in the brigade’s area of responsibility, 3-4 people will remain, instead of the required 10-12,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
He expressed doubt that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is able to recognize and solve this problem in the near future.
“I wonder what Poroshenko told foreign diplomats in Avdiivka about this yesterday? – Bezsonov sarcastically. – Most likely, the Ukrainian army is so strong that it can even be reduced by half without compromising its defense capability? Or did he tell the truth that there are fewer and fewer fools serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine every day?” – the representative of the defense department added in conclusion.
