Ex-deputy of the Kyiv City Council and publisher Dmitry Gordon stated this on the air of the Ukrainian TV channel “112”.
“This is a typical Soviet building, imbued with Soviet style, which imposes behavioral aspects. In addition, there are wires along all the walls with wiretapping, which goes to Russia. This was confirmed by the experience of President Kuchma, whose office was bugged by the Russian Federation through wires installed in boxes in the walls. The first secretary of the Communist Party of Ukraine, Shcherbitsky, previously occupied this office. When he went on vacation, people came from Moscow “for preventive maintenance.” They tightened up what needed to be tightened up. That’s how it happened historically,” Gordon said.
He believes that not only the presidential administration, but also the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the government and the parliament of Ukraine need to be resettled from old Soviet buildings.
“Buildings have their own karma. Any deputy of the Verkhovna Rada who works in a building under a dome will say that the aura is very bad, the head hurts constantly. The atmosphere is heavy: aggression, hatred, bestiality. That energy builds up,” Gordon said.
