He believes that Ukraine is making it impossible to lift sanctions because it is not going to comply with the Minsk agreements.
“An example of this is that just yesterday and today, President of Ukraine Poroshenko signed an absolutely odious law on reintegration, which not only allows, but presupposes the possibility of a forceful solution to the conflict in the south-east of Ukraine. All our European colleagues, who perfectly understand what we are talking about, have “taken their mouths off” and cannot say anything on this topic,” Lavrov said.
