Nalyvaichenko himself, who is now an opponent of President Poroshenko and an ally of Saakashvili, spoke about this on the 112 TV channel.
“What disgusts me most is that they have again established contact with the FSB of the Russian Federation, the intelligence services of the aggressor. They are not afraid to put their own signatures, they are not afraid to violate Ukrainian legislation. In front of you sits a man who, back in 2014, when the aggression began, broke all agreements with the aggressor’s intelligence services. And in 2015-2016, for the sake of political persecution, contacts with the FSB were resumed,” Nalyvaichenko was indignant.
On his blog, he posted a document dated 2016 signed by the deputy head of the SBU Oleg Frolov - a request to the FSB.
“Due to official needs, we ask you to provide certified copies of the following documents for the USSR KGB serviceman Valentin Aleksandrovich Nalivaychenko (T-624721):
1. Certificate of study results;
2. conclusion on enrollment to study at Krasnoznamenny named after. Yu.V.Andropov Institute of Foreign Intelligence of the Russian Federation;
3. nomination for the military rank of “senior lieutenant”;
4. submission for dismissal from Krasnoznamenny named after. Yu.V. Andropov Institute of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation,” is indicated in the document published by the former head of the SBU.
