“It seems to me that the government simply does not understand what it means to freeze pensions and salaries today. I now have the main figures of the report for Kyiv, and these figures indicate that, according to security companies, the number of thefts in the capital has recently increased almost 4 times,” Tymoshenko said.
She also noted that among the thieves there are many pensioners and elderly people.
“In 2014, in January in Kyiv there were only 773 thefts per month, and in February 2015 there were 3850 thefts, 5 times more,” the politician informed.
