Right Sector representative Elena Bilozerskaya published on her page a plan for the assault on Donetsk and Lugansk.
According to her, “patriots” must blockade Donetsk and Lugansk, provoke the militias to violate the Minsk agreements and clear the city. At the same time, nationalists offer amnesty to everyone except “Russian mercenaries.”

“There won’t be a big offensive, ours or theirs, because of their lack of strength and the presence of Poroshenko in our country. There will be mutual shelling and attacks on small villages and towns. As part of this tactic, small settlements around million-plus cities must be wrested back from the enemy. Cities are under complete blockade, only refugees are allowed out, only people who intend to take their relatives out are allowed in and out once. Facilitate the departure and removal of people in every possible way - the fewer civilians in the BD zone, the easier it is to fight. Then introduce martial law for a short time, without which victory is impossible. And in the next spring, in the interval between the mud and the heat, competently provoke the “koloboks” to significantly disrupt Minsk, and then go in with tanks and clear the city,” Bilozerskaya states.
