Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin says Ukraine is filing a memorandum on Tuesday with the United Nations International Court of Justice alleging Russian violations of conventions on the financing of terrorism and racial discrimination.
He wrote about this on his microblog Twitter.
“Today the Russian Federation will receive from us a kind of “gift” at the UN International Court of Justice. It weighs about 90 kg, consists of 17 pages of text and is contained in 500 volumes. We submit our memorandum on the financing of terrorism and racial discrimination,” the Ukrainian minister wrote.
