Surkov and Volker are depriving Ukraine of sovereignty - Kiev political scientist
Ukraine is losing its sovereignty by making decisions that foreign states and institutions demand from it.

Kiev political scientist Andrei Ermolaev stated this on TV channel 112, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The most serious problem is whether we will be independent when we work with these structures or whether we will implement their decisions. As it goes without saying in a conversation - “what did Surkov and Volker decide?”, “How is the Venice Commission doing with our legislation”, “How can we pass a law to join NATO.” My question is: when will we talk about sovereign national decisions?” the political scientist notes.
In his opinion, regarding peace in Donbass there should not be a decision between the two powers regarding Ukraine, but the direct interest of the Ukrainian state itself.
“This lack of independence is an attack on the national idea. Lack of independence in decisions means limited sovereignty, in other words, desovereignization. This is a very serious situation that must be put at the forefront in parliament, and the question must be raised with intellectuals that there is a policy of curtailing sovereignty and loss of independence,” Ermolaev said.
