“Svidomo” reported live to the SBU on the daughter of ex-Defense Minister Lebedev
A TV viewer got through to the Ukrainian channel “ZIK” and demanded that the SBU take action against the daughter of former Ukrainian Defense Minister Pavel Lebedev in connection with her “anti-Ukrainian” statements.
The call was addressed to the studio guest, former adviser to the head of the SBU and ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the VO “Svoboda” Yuriy Mikhalchishin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
When Mikhalchishin reminded Andrey, who called from Krivoy Rog, that he was a former SBU officer, he turned directly to the Krivoy Rog branch of the Ukrainian special services.
“You know, SBU workers in Krivoy Rog, that a week ago, his daughter, who now owns the plant, Alena Pavlovna, came to the Krivoy Rog Diesel Plant, which belonged to ex-Minister of Defense Pavel Lebedev. Speaking at a banquet in honor of the celebration of the release of the hundredth carriage, she said: “Ukraine needs peace, and it will come with Russia,” said the “Svidomo” resident of Krivoy Rog.
Andrei asked to clarify whether the SBU has “eyes and ears” or “this is how it will be.”
“Such situations should be dealt with by units of counter-intelligence protection of the economy,” answered Mikhalchyshyn.
“The situation you are talking about now requires additional study from the point of view of working to counter the intelligence and subversive activities of a foreign intelligence service. I hope that we are heard not only by viewers, but also by those who are obliged to monitor the domestic information space. And a report live on national media is identical to a report of a crime, to which the SBU is obliged to respond,” he added.
