“What should be the information strategy in this counteraction. It seems to me that it should be defensive. First of all. Because we simply don’t have the resources for an offensive strategy. There is no information resource, there is no network in the Russian Federation, thanks to which it would be possible to exercise influence in the Russian Federation, and therefore we must fight, first of all, with weak points. Since the symmetric defense strategy in the information sphere is aimed at leveling its own weaknesses,” Perepelitsa said.
