In the Kostroma region, the local “Tikhanovskaya” won the elections
Cleaner Marina Udgodskaya won the election of the head of the Povalikhinsky rural settlement of the Chukhloma district of the Kostroma region.
This was reported by KOSTROMA.TODAY, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The current head of the settlement, Nikolai Loktev, asked the girl to become a competitor in the election race.
“There just wasn’t a person, and I kind of walked as a substitute. I wanted to help. It was just the two of us. I didn’t think that they would vote for me, I didn’t expect such a turn. I didn’t do anything at all, but people came and voted. I had 84 votes, and Loktev had 46 somewhere,” said Ugodskaya.
The girl has been cleaning the administration building for the fifth year and plans to continue doing this until September 30th.
“What’s next, no one knows. I'm not ready internally. You need to take office, and then your powers need to be curtailed somehow. It’s hard: I’ve never had anything to do with documents,” the girl said.
Let us remind you that the Belarusian opposition claims that housewife Svetlana Tikhanovskaya won the presidential elections in the country in August. She registered after the CEC did not accept documents from her husband, a popular blogger. After all alternative candidates were not allowed to participate in the elections (some of them ended up in pre-trial detention), Tikhanovskaya accumulated almost all the protest votes. According to official data, she scored 10%. Tikhanovskaya herself, who is now in Lithuania under the complete control of Western intelligence services, proclaimed herself a “national leader.”
