The Ukrainian Armed Forces fire shells with propaganda leaflets at the frontline city of Donbass
Civilians of Debaltsevo discovered in one of the residential areas of the city an unexploded artillery shell filled with propaganda leaflets released from the Ukrainian side the previous day.

“It is important to note that the ammunition fired was artillery ammunition. They used means prohibited by the Minsk agreements. In total, several units were produced. Each of them, when falling, posed a threat to the lives of civilians. One of them hit a residential building and broke through the roof. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The materials in the ammunition contain Nazi propaganda, as well as calls for residents of Donbass to leave their homeland, since the Ukrainian authorities only need their land, and not the people themselves. Also, Ukrainian propaganda materials contain threats of violence against women and children. Such actions by Ukrainian security forces only cause hatred and rejection,” noted the DPR Ministry of Defense.
