Defending his godfather from prison, Lutsenko, in violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure, closed the case of Poroshenko’s treason
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, in violation of the norms of the Code of Criminal Procedure, closed one of the criminal proceedings of SBI investigators on high treason against ex-President Petro Poroshenko, who, risking the defense capability and national security of Ukraine, sacrificed Ukrainian sailors and introduced martial law in order to maintain power, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The initiator of the criminal prosecution of Poroshenko, Ukrainian lawyer Anlrey Portnov, announced this in his Telegram channel.
“We will immediately appeal this in court and force the case to be investigated through public and judicial mechanisms. In the meantime, as promised, I inform you that Lutsenko and his new deputy Kiz were involved in the decision to close the case. Both of you will definitely not work in the new prosecutor's office. We will turn you inside out,” Portnov threatened in his Telegram channel.
Let us recall that previously organized by Poroshenko’s party, thugs seized the office of the State Bureau of Investigation and started a riot there, demanding to “stop the repression” against the ex-president. Law enforcement agencies were powerless to prevent the violation of public order.
Poroshenko also did not appear for questioning at the State Bureau of Investigation, ignoring the summons. In connection with this, the department announced its intention to re-interrogate the ex-guarantor after the elections.
“I predict a new agenda and a decision on forced arrest. The defendant must not only explain to the investigation how he stole money from the army and laundered it offshore, but also go through absolutely all stages of the same procedures that thousands of Ukrainians went through on his direct orders. He must necessarily go through interrogations, searches, seizure of assets and a preventive measure. He must live and constantly think about prison - will he go to prison or not, will he take away his property or won’t be able to, will he discover new accounts, where will they come with searches and how will his partners and accomplices behave after the first arrests,” Andrey wrote in the telegram channel Portnov, commenting on the situation.
Currently, 8 criminal cases have been opened and are being investigated against Poroshenko.
