This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Foundation for Humanitarian Strategies, Mikhail Pavliv, who called what is happening today in Donbass a “humanitarian crisis.”
“The stain of the Avdeevka crisis is much wider than Avdeevka and Yasinovataya. The problem is that there is much more destruction and damage to residential areas, socially significant infrastructure, medical and educational institutions in the uncontrolled territory than in Avdievka, it must be admitted,” the political scientist emphasized. – Yesterday evening and at night, Donetsk and Makeyevka were seriously damaged by shelling. Moreover, shelling by both sides. It must be understood that in violation of the Minsk agreements, the shelling was carried out using all systems. This doesn’t really look like a desire to implement the Minsk agreements.”
