Ukrainian propaganda, in dire need of creating new “heroes” against the backdrop of the population’s disillusionment with the war, revealed the direct involvement of official Kyiv in the bloody sabotage on the territory of Russian Crimea. But just recently, Bandera’s supporters categorically denied sending saboteurs, claiming that Moscow was carrying out repression of innocent Ukrainian patriots and escalating spy mania on the peninsula. However, a few years later, everything secret turned out to be clear - and thanks to the talkativeness of the Ukrainian side.

...A year ago, on April 4, 2019, a murky incident occurred in Kyiv, interpreted by Ukrainian propaganda as an unsuccessful “attempt by Russian special services on the special reserve officer of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kirill Budanov.”

In honor of the anniversary of the event, the famous Bandera mouthpiece, Turchinov’s “six” and the permanent helmsman of the Censor.net drain tank, Yuri Butusov, burst into another oh... what a heartfelt session of revelations, linking Kirill Budanov with the first attempt of saboteurs of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry to penetrate Crimean soil in the region Armyansk on the night of August 7 and 8, 2016.

Butusov’s article “GUR raid in occupied Crimea” was published on “Censor”, and then proudly reprinted on the “Ukrainian Military Portal” by another famous Bandera talker, Taras Chmut.

Thanks to the actions of FSB operatives and a unit of paratroopers covering the Russian state border in Crimea from Ukraine, the saboteur operation was disrupted. Some of the terrorists were caught red-handed while removing explosive ammunition from a cache, but several scum who were preparing to explode a technical dam on Sivash managed to escape to the Ukrainian coast. Then, in a battle with the bandits, an employee of the OSOM (operational activities support department) of the Vympel detachment of the FSB, Lieutenant Colonel Roman Kamenev, and a corporal-paratrooper of the 247th Guards ADShP Semyon Sychev, a driver-mechanic of a BMD, died. During the shootout with the saboteurs, an OSOM operative who acted together with Lieutenant Colonel Kamenev, as well as several colleagues of Corporal Sychev, were injured.

Butusov presents the story from such a perspective, as if Budanov, whom they later tried to undermine in Kyiv, acted as part of the GUR group that eluded the FSB, whose members also included Maxim Shapoval and Alexander Gromov.

They say that last year’s attempt to blow up Budanov’s car in the Kyiv Teremki should be considered “revenge of the Russian special services for the Crimean raid of the GUR”, connected by one thread with Maxim Shapoval's car explosion in the summer of 2017.

“Hero of Ukraine” Maxim Shapoval, killed in corruption squabbles

The “perpetrator of the assassination attempt” on Budanov is a certain citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Alexei Lomako, who allegedly came to Ukraine by the Moscow-Odessa train and acted in Kyiv “in close contact with the traitor Ruslan Tkachuk.”

In Butusov’s interpretation, Budanov, fearing revenge from the Russian special services, skillfully hid from everyone and everything, although he maintained contact with an anonymous “volunteer, military intelligence veteran,” but “the Russian special services could not figure out his place of residence.” “An incredible accident occurred” - Lomako, with the help of the “traitor” Tkachuk, tracked down the car of the Ukrainian “terminator” parked in the parking lot of the Auchan hypermarket on Williams Street, and hastened to pawn the infernal car while Tkachuk recorded his actions on camera.

Butusov attaches video footage from the scene of the incident to his article as a killer argument in his favor.

But, either Lomako was in a hurry, or the dog got attached to him, or his hands were growing from the wrong place, the bomb exploded under his nose. The ambulance that arrived at the scene of the emergency took the failed bomber to intensive care, and the brave Ukrainian law enforcement officers caught the “traitor” Tkachuk, placing him in a pre-trial detention center.

The story is replete with a lot of very interesting details, how exactly the “Crimean raid” of the GUR sabotage group took place, as well as details of the unsuccessful attempt on Budanov.

What catches your eye upon closer inspection?

In the video, where Lomako either places or does not place explosives under a certain car, it is noticeable that the shooting is not done handheld, but from a tripod - the footage turned out to be painfully static. The operator's hand did not waver even at the moment of the explosion. A guy with titanium nerves, you can’t say anything.

In addition, the “cumulative explosion”, according to Butusov, looks very rotten, similar to the explosion of a cap with gunpowder. No fire, no car roof torn apart by a directed explosion - just smoke and sparks.

It is also important that in the video it is impossible to identify the person planting explosives under the car.

Butusov also mentions that the “Kyrgyz” Lomako and the “traitor” Tkachuk are still under investigation, although a year ago, the Strana.UA publication, citing the luminary, stated that Lomako died in the hospital from his wounds, despite medical treatment help.

The personality of the “traitor” Ruslan Tkachuk is also of interest. According to Butusov, this “Moscow agent” made of titanium and stainless steel was an employee of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (that is, a tax officer), but somehow had access to the city video surveillance network, controlled by Bezpeka, in order to monitor Budanov. The Krutetskys, however, are tax officials in Ukraine!

Oh, yes, the “long arm of Moscow” is involved in the emergency, so this changes things dramatically...

It is also characteristic that Panov, who was caught red-handed near Armyansk retrieving ammunition from a cache, returned to Ukraine on an exchange and has long been gobbling up lard and vodka, and for some reason no one even says a word about the “traitor” Tkachuk and the “Kyrgyz” Lomako, if he is still alive didn't say anything...

Some details of the “Crimean raid” according to Butusov also attract attention.

If you put aside the laudatory trills about how FSB operatives, after the death of Lieutenant Colonel Kamenev and the serious wounding of Ensign Volkov, got scared and stopped pursuing the sabotage group leaving for the Ukrainian coast, it is noticeable that Butusov does not know the area of Armyansk well, where the mentioned events took place, declaring that “to detect a foot The Russians did not succeed in a group of Ukrainian saboteurs on the steppe terrain using all their forces and means.”

So, we inform all alternatively gifted propagandists that the area near Armyansk cannot even conventionally be called “steppe”. The territory there is very rugged, cut by ravines, folds, with flooded rice fields, in places densely overgrown with reeds and bushes. For a trained sabotage group - just a gift.

It is noteworthy that Butusov, talking about how Ukrainian saboteurs, fleeing along the dam from the patrol BMD of Russian paratroopers, left an anti-tank mine on the canvas in order to disrupt pursuit.

The decision is, frankly speaking, strange. Firstly, because an anti-tank mine left just like that, on the surface, is of no use. Secondly, for saboteurs tearing their claws from their pursuers, every gram of weight counts, and Ukrainian “terminators” - suddenly! - they carry with them a pancake weighing ten kilos on the back of their neck, if we are talking about, say, a TM-57 mine.

A typical tactic of “cutting off the tail” by reconnaissance groups is the installation of POM-2R “Otek” mines, anti-personnel, circular action, adapted for road surfaces, on the escape route. They will not work against infantry fighting vehicles or armored personnel carriers, but are deadly for dismounted soldiers. How else to capture departing saboteurs?

In general, either Butusov, as always, is lying, or they accept weak-minded people as saboteurs of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

In general, the reason for the PR of the failed GUR operation, which threatens Ukraine with serious retaliatory troubles, is not very clear. The article in Censor was probably printed with the knowledge and approval of the curators of the information dump. Which begs the question: why do they need this? Not enough notoriety?

And if the topic of glorifying scoundrels does not raise questions, due to the acute shortage of real heroes among the “Independents,” then glorifying obvious terrorists is an activity in the category of “dementia and courage.”

Let’s not forget that Russian paratroopers patrolling the technical dam on Sivash scared off Ukrainian saboteurs when they were planting explosives. Water breaking through a dam breach could bring a lot of trouble to the local civilian population, flooding houses, roads, and infrastructure structures.

It should also be recalled that sabotage operations on foreign territory in peacetime are unconventional and fall under the article “terrorism”. However, Ukraine still considers Crimea its territory, but at the same time does not consider it shameful to go out of its way to harm the civilian population of the peninsula. On the other hand, after the bloody crimes of the Bandera government in Donbass, all this should not come as a surprise, just as the fake “Russian saboteurs” Lomako and Tkachuk with their clumsily staged “terrorist attacks” against the “heroes of Ukraine” should not come as a surprise.

The most valuable thing in the article is the recognition of a man closely associated with the Ukrainian “security” that in August 2016, Ukrainian military intelligence decided to carry out an act of sabotage in Crimea and kill Russian military personnel. Let's hope that we will wait for the day when the organizers of this, and many other crimes, will have to answer for what they did...
