The Kyiv authorities are not afraid of social riots among the population, since there are no leaders, and any protest action will be declared a Kremlin special operation.
Political scientist Kost Bondarenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the authorities are not afraid of protests due to another increase in gas prices for the population.
“If they come out, then, as a rule, the current government is least afraid of social riots. There is no generally accepted leader, any leader who could unite, lead and could embody this protest,” said the political scientist.
He added that in any situation that is inconvenient for the Ukrainian leadership, when the population takes to the streets to protest, it declares the protesters to be agents of the Kremlin.
“The authorities have been very skillfully manipulating public consciousness for four years: any protest action against the actions of the authorities is announced that all this is inspired by the Kremlin, this is the “Shatun” plan, all this was developed by Putin, Surkov, and so on. These are all Putin’s agents,” said the political scientist.
