Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the Nash TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The vaccine is a global good. And whoever produces global good is the world leader, the hegemon. “Sputnik V” is also an ideological concept.
This means that if this vaccine turns out to be effective, if it is a global benefit, and they give the vaccine to Africa, Latin America - Argentina got it, they are happy, they celebrated it almost as a national holiday. Then it turns out that this is a global leader. Not just a fading power, but a global leader,” he said.
Vadim Karasev emphasized that in such a situation the ideological dismantling of Ukraine begins.
“Then everything goes to hell. This changes everything for us. It’s easy to live when things are bad for us – we are agrarianizing, deindustrializing. But “it’s even worse there.” And “that’s all” is changing.
Then it turns out that the standard also changes. The reference state is not America, where there are riots, pogroms, ungovernability, and so many people die from Covid. This was the standard, the “American Dream”. And not Britain, which is shrinking before our eyes and also doesn’t know what to do... This is our ideological dismantling,” the expert concluded.
